HazriBook is an Android app for small contractors in the United Arab Emirates. Workers punch in and out with a PIN — on their own phone or on a foreman's tablet at the gate — and the app does the rest: overtime at the right multiplier, rest days and public holidays, leave balances, project man-hour reports, and the salary file the Wage Protection System expects.
It works offline. A punch is saved on the phone first and uploaded when a connection comes back, because a site with no signal is still a site where people are working.
